Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

...they don't privide any appointments letter they give contractual agreement copy. Aprt from this they deducted TDS from my Monthly salary and they don't deposit in Income tax and when you ask for the same they always tell you lie and if you check TDS against your PAN no online you will not find your submission of TDS.

This company don't have experience in launching new brand in the Market and they are very very weak in remuneration for thier employees. They don't know how to cater a Retail Market in india. Very bad experience after working for a year in this company. They don't have any policies for their employees most of emoyees is work on Contractual agreement. Even they don't provide a appointment letter or any beneficial to thier employees.
