too much politics . every one is treated like boss . No hierachy system . mentally harrasment by different peoples . No work according to your experience qualification and your skills . from day 1 of your joining peoples demotivating you & mentally torture for job leave . All the policies are on paper only just for show off . in actual no benefit . peoples blame on new joineers on different things not related to work . they too much interfare on your life . what are doing . what you put on whtsap status etc . No training given related to work . its a very terrible compny . Pls never join this compny

No job security in pvc pipes. Work culture horrible. Job security terrific. Last 12 months 11 employee resigned. You will loss your confidence. Every day humiliation by RM Vishal Joshi who don't have any knowledge in retail. Always think about how to hired then how to fired. Please don't join under him in eastern zone if you want peace.

No one helps you regarding KRA in plant level Whatever you want to learn, you will have to learn it yourself, no one here will help you related to your work. There is more chamcha giri here. putty plant there is no equipment for testing. And the plant manager will ask you to do more work apart from your work. If you don't do what he tells you to do, he will pressure you.

...eating you like a Labour you have good brand name but average work satisfaction. People are working just because of good brand name and on time salary. Zero moral values no team work.no one teaches you.
