Hi, I'm here to share a part of my journey from the past 12 years in my career, I started from a package of 3.6LPA in 2013 at iGate and due to a few bad decisions on my career and worthless advices from people who are always pessimistic about the industry, I switched two companies and landed in a start-up with 2.4LPA. I worked hard nearly 8-16hrs a day single handed researched, built and managed an entire vertical of a project for 8 years. When the company didn't value my contribution and thought I was too young to become a manager, I had a package of 6LPA and Senior developer in designation. I switched for obvious reasons to a TL role for 12LPA and now at the same company I'm a TPM on the basis of my contribution with 48LPA as a fixed component. I feel outclassed in terms of having a fancy CV with certifications, I feel like CTC has hit a peak with 48LPA being fixed and nearly 40% in Variable. Most companies are hesitant to hire me because of this. What should be my next move?

No job security in pvc pipes. Work culture horrible. Job security terrific. Last 12 months 11 employee resigned. You will loss your confidence. Every day humiliation by RM Vishal Joshi who don't have any knowledge in retail. Always think about how to hired then how to fired. Please don't join under him in eastern zone if you want peace.

Salary on time and there is no good thing

No one helps you regarding KRA in plant level Whatever you want to learn, you will have to learn it yourself, no one here will help you related to your work. There is more chamcha giri here. putty plant there is no equipment for testing. And the plant manager will ask you to do more work apart from your work. If you don't do what he tells you to do, he will pressure you.

too much politics . every one is treated like boss . No hierachy system . mentally harrasment by different peoples . No work according to your experience qualification and your skills . from day 1 of your joining peoples demotivating you & mentally torture for job leave . All the policies are on paper only just for show off . in actual no benefit . peoples blame on new joineers on different things not related to work . they too much interfare on your life . what are doing . what you put on whtsap status etc .
