Talking about My Mumbai Boss is very rude, he always thing himself first then others, he don't have leader quality. No proper guidance and support in sales. they always pressurize illogically. always thing twice before join this company. its like "Naam Bade aur Darshan Chote"

No security for job. After serving 23 years to the company asked to resign due to not getting the orders. Engineering Division Head is fit for nothing. But management wants to reduce lower management instead of changing the head.
