The pin drop silence on the floor. The management politics with testers be it anybody. Anytime you could be fire if you are not meeting their requirements of following their rules you could be fired. I have survive 2 years anyhow. But would like to leave now just because I have a much things to learn so cant be in a product based for long term. No workfromhome.

Yes, I have to attend client calls in evening and sometimes late into the night. Manager do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.
