Kisi ko bhi bina bataye salary hold kr dete h ,nikal dete h .Employees ka kabhi settlement nahi krte .

HiGlance laboratories is working like a Promotion Distribution or Propaganda company No outlook to grow No Ethical Business Mindset No idea of market from Senior management HR is nowhere,they can't motivate people No recognition for their own people Employees are always in insecurity of loosing their job No knowledge is there for running a pharmaceutical company Senior management from HO is working like a cheater,no value of words are there

No work culture , direct money transection with Drs, PMT person working as a commission agent and manipulating allocated CRM amount . Fake commitments with Drs . No employee respect ,very unhygienic and hostile work place .

Holding hard worken money of Reps and even managers they will say there will be allowances but you won't receive except the 1 st month the master mind behind this strategy is Mrs Rita. Who don't know how to run a business.
