There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

...her companies. But HIL gives other benefits also as compared to other companies. Hil gives salary on time and there is not any type of delay. HIL is already in touch with automatic system and latest technology. HIL manufacture the autoparts for leading companies like Hero motocorp ltd, GKN, Maruti Suzuki, Sona koyo, etc. HIL manufacture for foreign companies also like Arcellor Mittal, Multimatic, GKN etc. So there would be a opportunity for foreign visit also

In highway industry my all teammates are very good and helpfull. Salary is less, good for learning and career growth. Work environment is average.

Work environment is not good and no proper maintain of workshop.
