In Export-M Favouritism for employees by HOD's,related to caste, old company colleagues,neighborhoods, salary grade not fix as per designation level and experience.Poor leadership and time management by plants HOD's.you cannot go home even after standard working hour completion,Hod's are not technical they only blame their weakness to colleagues.morning meeting are conducted by hod only to Harassed and disrespect to employees.because they have no solution and no knowledge.

...ll be thrashed by an illiterate manager, only lockers and flaterrers can thrive. HR is fraud, they fool you in the time of joining in terms of salary and benefits. One should never join this company if they have another option.

...agement is transparent. There is a huge Cretaria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

HIL is already in touch with automatic system and latest technology. HIL manufacture the autoparts for leading companies like Hero motocorp ltd, GKN, Maruti Suzuki, Sona koyo, etc. HIL manufacture for foreign companies also like Arcellor Mittal, Multimatic, GKN etc. So there would be a opportunity for foreign visit also
