...with colleagues from previous companies, neighborhoods, or personal connections. Salary structures are inconsistent, failing to align with employees' designations and experience levels. Leadership at the plant level is marked by inefficiency, poor decision-making, and ineffective time management. Employees are frequently required to stay beyond standard working hours without justifiable reasons. HODs lack technical expertise and often shift the blame for their shortcomings onto their subordinates. Morning meetings are used as a platform for harassment and disrespect toward employees rather than constructive discussions. These sessions highlight the HODs' lack of solutions and insufficient knowledge to address operational challenges.

In Export-M Favouritism for employees by HOD's,related to caste, old company colleagues,neighborhoods, salary grade not fix as per designation level and experience.Poor leadership and time management by plants HOD's.you cannot go home even after standard working hour completion,Hod's are not technical they only blame their weakness to colleagues.morning meeting are conducted by hod only to Harassed and disrespect to employees.because they have no solution and no knowledge.
