Only company which is rated the least in all companies in hyderabad, they hire and fire , most bad CEO ever on this earth, he recently fired CTO and CFO and so many senior leaders - The ratings in apps like Ambition box and glass door speaks for worst job security, every day people sleep and wake up with fear of losing their job

Apart from some 10-20 thousand more in salary this company has absolutely NOTHING good.. You will REGRET FOREVER IN YOUR LIFE if you join this company. Worst CEO and FOUNDER ever. Thinks of himself as OMNIPOTENT. He doesn't come and address anyone in real even if he is sitting literally in the next room. Absolutely filthy place.

Absolutely everything in this company is not just bad it is PATHETIC.. Read the thousands of reviews and horror stories and decide for yourself. And if you are an employee reading this please check first if your job is there and you are needed in office tomorrow first. Hire and Fire culture at its peak.

Good Salary and hikes are around 20 to 30% for each individual Fast tracked promotions for Junior employees having experience between 1-5 years You need to use this company to get good salary and hike and jump/move on to next company, definitely not a company for longterm growth

Anything can happen anytime, Company keeps laying off people very frequently and fresh graduates were hired and are put under Internship and once they prove they have been offered PPO and laid off with in 3months stating under performance Most of the people doesn't get a confirmation and company will layoff during probation There are multiple instances of company laying off people from Jr level up to VP level Very bad appraisal system and people are given random ratings ,if you are close to your manager you get good rating/promotion/hike and viceversa 5 days mandatory work from office Senior leadership in some segments are extremely bad and they do not have any empathy towards people working under them In all companies in Hyderabad, this is the company which has extremely poor work culture

Salary no delay they give the salary on the last day of the month no compromise on salary dates it gets credited with no ease on time. Some managers are there they are actually like talk to you understand you like you are their younger brother or sister they tell the facts. But that is 1 in 100 here mind it. If you want to learn and get proficient in core java go ahead stay for 1 or 1.5 yrs hardly without any emotional connections just leave and get a new.

HighRadius in 2023 was really good with a lot of things in place good leaders and process was transparent atleast. But they fire over night. Suppose you’re working on something and there is an issue or any mistake you did their isn’t any warning they just directly fire you. They don’t care about the employees really till you work it’s okay if suddenly something happens everyone blames you and finally you are thrown into the trouble. The management discourages you and makes the employees life hell with lots of bigger changes at the org level. They don’t think what this decision will impact what will be the acceptance rate of a org level decision in the organisation what ever comes to the mind they start testing on the employees. Starting from AutoPH only it is unbiased by hearing but the system behind it is simply a concern. And you fall in trap of it they ask you to leave. Even if you work dedicatedly everyday they will make you realise that why am I here in this company? If you join you will curse urselfs why you joined this company. All leaders left in last 3/4 months employees strength decreased to around 30 percent but still the management doesn’t realise the impact. Atleast don’t kill young hearts HighRadius they are much capable don’t demoralise them with your decisions. Anyway people won’t join if it continues like this products are complicating you need good experienced people but unfortunately this company failed as a organisation
