The compensation is good when compared to competitors of similar Ecosystem, however the challenge will be to get recruited later by other companies. The company has some dreamy culture values however like everything it's all on the website and in paper.

CEO- Thinks he is God and is infallible , Believes in firing and blame people for his strategies not working, constant Re-orgs across departments. The attitude and Leadership - The senior leaders are always infighting by backstabbing and cribbing over other departments, sadly they never own up to their faults. They say Call BS on your boss but when someone bring up ways

Salary and group medical insurance, which are quite decent.

company culture is pathetic. 80% of crowd is comprised of final year B.Tech students from KIIT and SRM. The senior leadership is made of these guys only, who joined 4-5 years ago as interns. The lateral hires are treated badly. No job security - you can get fired anyday. They conduct stupid quizzes and based on quiz score you can be fired. If your average work hour is less than 10 hours in any month during a calendar year, you will be fired. The company's CEO is founder also and does not get ground level report of what's happening. The products are waste. clients are not hapoy, but the company's focus is on making people come and sit for 10 hours in office. They ask the interns to give 5 star rating on glassdoor, ambition box and share posts on linkedIn, failing which job can be terminated.

Nothing at the current moment. Used to be amazing earlier.

...agement (party, oiling, snitching on your co-workers), you won't get promoted 2. If #1 doesn't work out, many put their papers after getting another offer and then negotiate to get promoted and increase their salary. Everyone is just blinded by the salary and not increasing their skillset. 3. Consulting projects are all trash because their senior consultants majorly have left and messed up project designs mean you would be put into never ending maintenance work 4. I did face racism too from a manager in the US. The person would pull everything on a 1:1 call. Now that they consider India just the delivery center and this manager is now promoted, be ready 5. Fake putrid HRs - Asking kids to write positive glassdoor review only to lay them off. Show off a fair appraisal system when they very well know how unfair it is. All of them are "Yes-man" to the CEO. Now they have started polluting LinkedIn too lol. 6. CEO is Dolores Umbridge precisely and has his chamcha as consulting VP now (named after a car engine oil). That dude should be promoted to class monitor. CEO wants to one up Elon Musk and when he has flares of male menopause, he would randomly reorg, fire people and when called out, have a meltdown at the townhall. 7. No matter how talented you are, you would start questioning your abilities and develop a massive imposter syndrome because of how weird and biased their appraisals are. 9. Laterals be ready to be managed by the whims and fancies of some 2020 college grads :) 10. Work life balance? What? Management will go Unga Bunga if you ask for WFH. They buy and then change offices but still it would feel claustrophobic like chickens getting carried in a van. Poorly planned return to office with no covid appropriate behaviour and designated places. Pathetic college behaviour with population exceeding office space.

1. The company is overflowing with trainees, who are hired at cheap salary. They don't have any work ethics or any professionalism, due to which things turn ugly in project. 2. No job security. Even though the CEO keeps saying that there would be no firing, the SVP keeps on laying off 500-600 people after each quarter. 3. Very bad company culture. 4. Work life balance is a mess. They officially announced that a person needs to be in office for 10 hours so that they can have 8 hours of productivity and 2 hours of leisure time(lunch break, loo breaks, socializing time etc). 5. Taking leave or WFH means you have a low will to support company's goals. Low will means immediate termination of job.

No Salary hike if your current salary is higher than your colleagues. Insecure job. They will fire anytime and take the assets that you will feel like a criminal. Mean Minded Odia managers as usual, full of politics.
