- Very CEO/one-man driven culture - Hires cheap talent in bulkfrom one university so it becomes a fresher-like atmosphere on the floor - Too much reliance on bain/strategy folks only with playbook for every little task leaves little room for individual-driven ownership structure - CEO is often overboard with sports analogy while running a business which often never plays out - Constantly changing rules, even those established recently makes one question about the stability of company in long run. - Copy pasted leadership principles from Amazon...Read More

1. A lot of corporate politics. You can survive here only if you drink or party or you can pour drinks to your manager. Nobody here has been promoted based solely on their performance, they have been promoted based on the parties you do with your bosses and the rapport you have with them. 2. Especially, this company is not safe for female employees. They are expected to party well with their bosses and move closely with them if not then there is no growth for you and they will start targeting you in your work. 3. This company would be definitely a waste of time for laterals as they would not learn anything including consulting knowledge. 4. There is no growth at all or learning. They harass employees by conducting trainings, quizzes, hackathons and wfh was not given to everyone again it was based on the party rapport you have with your boss. There is a lot of firing going on based on the quiz scores, rapport you have and not based on the work you have delivered. 5. They will target specific employees and make their life hell. Even the segment leaders here are not fair along with the CEO. Definitely a workplace to be avoided in case you are looking for peace of mind or career growth....Read More

There are a lot of dislikes. 1. People here are made to work for more than 12 hours and in case we complain about it no action will be taken. 2. Biased ratings or appraisal from managers. There is a culture of booze and smoking here where in you need to be like a slave to your manager and then only he/she will appreciate you. 3. No transparency on internal things happening. 4. Job security is zero here as anybody can be sacked at any moment by giving lame reasons like your attendance or no of hours of working....Read More

Lot of work that doesn't provide work life balance. No proper org structure. Lead Management is not that skilled to be able to manage the projects and don't have good leadership skills. Not a good company to join if you have some experience. 100% work form office. WFH flexibility is not available. It depends on how you butter the manager. There is nothing much to like but the office is quite good and infrastructure is also very well maintained there

Their selection process is a huge disaster. They are linked with some of the big colleges (e.g. KIIT Bhubaneswar). And they select only their students for the internships and then later convert them to the PPO but the selection process is a whole mess. They will take the interview which is just a formality and pick the student randomly because of a larger number of applicants from the university itself. So if a student had done all the assignments on time there are no chances of his /her being selected for the internship because they will select them just randomly. So it all depends on your luck at that stage. That is the story. Also, the PPO after the internship is not given to 70 percent of the students.
