Only like is it's work from home and salary on time.

There's no job security and they will fired you anytime without any notice period. Some senior engineer are there and all company depends on them they will provide negative feedback if you are telling them to change their code or anything else. Very bad experience. Don't waste your valuable time here.

I have worked as a Quality Analyst at Highlands Info Tech, Noida. I believe Highlands is one of the best companies in every aspect, including work culture, career growth, salary, appraisals, and work-life balance. The manager, AJ, is one of my most supportive managers, and all the team leads (RXY, HS, MKB, PSS, PKS, AJ, and KXG) are some of the best people I have met. They treat their employees like friends, not subordinates.

Dislikes

Location matters for some people who belong to middle or south of India, but even though I'm from Pune, I worked efficiently in both WFH and WFO.

...u makes it much more rewarding. Management and team members are very supportive. Salary is in line with industry standards. I would like to continue working at Highlands for a long period of time.
