I have worked as a Quality Analyst at Highlands Info Tech, Noida. I believe Highlands is one of the best companies in every aspect, including work culture, career growth, salary, appraisals, and work-life balance. The manager, AJ, is one of my most supportive managers, and all the team leads (RXY, HS, MKB, PSS, PKS, AJ, and KXG) are some of the best people I have met. They treat their employees like friends, not subordinates.
