Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

...y things here. You get chance to working on big construction industry projects. Also getting good salary and yearly appraisal.

Dislikes

If you have been selected for implementation projects then you have to go on site. And also handle multiple projects but it's good for our personal growth.

...rrier growth. Diverse teammates to work with plus travel allowance is also good. Salary is timely with proper work life balance.

Dislikes

Travelling is a big issue. Work from home facility is not provided. Daily allowance is not given on time.

The salary Comes on 7th of every month.

Dislikes

...g and unprofessional. The Timelines are unrealistic ,making it hard to keep up. On top of that ,if you need to take leave ,it often get denied, and your salary ends up getting docked. Also, the work from home option seems to be reserved only for managers and program manager ,leaving consultants with no flexibility.

...uchers. They call meetings at 11pm at night so no work-life balance of any kind. They will also not pay the variable pay in CTC

Organisation is not employee centric. Management asks to work on Saturday and Sunday too with compensation. Not clearing FNF settlement even everything is clear and completed in exit formalities.HR and account management people not answering to enquiry mail of FNF.

Dislikes

Everything,micro management,monopoly,no good appraisals even daily and weekends stretch.
