Company policies are against the benefit of employee like me who works at client side. Company deduct Food amount and do not provide food allowance. It's as per company policy Compny said. Travelling allowance (amount)is given per present day in which can't manage even one side travelling. Few things when I enquired at the time of offer discussion, found to be exactly apposite after joining. ex.Timing, Location, Canteen facility,No training,No KT for the project. Company higher authority phone calls on weekends to complete work even you are sick. Company ignores your complaints about client. Being female I worked 11 Am to 8Pm but no transportion care taken by company. Many times I requested to adjust times company just ignored and for male employee time adjustment done.we female raised point by showing this point to higher authority but authority said if you request to change your morning shift, client will change male employee's time to 11Am to8 Pm. So indirectly they said to shut our mouth.

...g and unprofessional. The Timelines are unrealistic ,making it hard to keep up. On top of that ,if you need to take leave ,it often get denied, and your salary ends up getting docked. Also, the work from home option seems to be reserved only for managers and program manager ,leaving consultants with no flexibility.

If you have been selected for implementation projects then you have to go on site. And also handle multiple projects but it's good for our personal growth.

...uchers. They call meetings at 11pm at night so no work-life balance of any kind. They will also not pay the variable pay in CTC
