So many other than Backpack & Dft Category worst, need improvement in product wise, it's not proper organized company, Not following the Hierarchy, Not having proper Knowledge about the present stock and forecasting, Job life balance is completely imbalanced, 100℅ Job not secured, Your face value as come down after we join this company, what ever committed to the Dealer and Distribution, which cannot done at any time, so it's make who's handling the person one who's facing failure, don't trust any one in this organization and you also not trusted by anyone, simply said they can use you and through you one after used... It's for all who are plan to be a part of this organization, thank u.

Environment not for working, product quality is terrible and everyone not helping, Distributor play role to throwing outside the company Sales Officers. No one can hear your problem.

No one can help you, if you have minor problem so they throw out of the company.
