salary never gets delayed , always on time every month of day 7, only 6 days working

1) There is no time management for local people, they come sometimes and go sometimes. 2) There is a habit of working with less manpower. There is a habit of getting the work done by 1 employee instead of 4 employees. 3) At the site level, Project Manager is everything and no other department means anything.
