...eave company, Security cheque should not be collect by company for any employee. Many diduction in Salary structure. Especially bonus cut also and PF also cut by Company of Company share.

1) We have excellent Mentor , they are more interested in grooming junior. 2) I have learn a lot when i compare myself with other friends from other organisations 3) Director want employees to participate in any technology upgradation from bottom of pyramid. 4) All HOD and department head are open to give knowledge. 5)My manager has trust in my , so ownership of my task increase day by day. 6)Mangers take responsibility for their mistake and also if mistake is done by us for that also they take responsibility. 7)No follow up or very little follow up within internal team task. 8)Very flexible team

1) As such no major dislike point Suggestion 1)Saturday should be given as holiday. 2) Hybrid work model if its suitable to department.

We expect for Saturday Leave but at morning when I come to office I feel good because every Saturday we learn, something new. And light Working mode at Saturday so all are get together in also.
