Team-mates, life-balance (though timing can be issue). Cafeteria is the best in the city like table tennis, pool, gym etc. No pressure situation which is good.

Dislikes

No growth for new joiners. If you stay there for few years then you are likely to get good pay and growth. You will definitely find person of lower degree handling you (if you are B.E. or M.tech). Mostly drafting and Modeling work related to repetitive work. Only DriveWorks department is challenging.

Salary credited on 1st working day of the month .

...othes . Zero patience of management with almost no trust on capable individuals. Job security for senior personnel with relatively higher salary is a real issue unless he or she belongs to a particular community.

Likes

Freedom to explore every aspect of the business process and opportunity to learn the whole business cycle from Quotation - Order - Execution - Billing - Payment collection, its a freedom and not instruction to approach all the departments.

Dislikes

An Apple-to-Apple comparison is not here, 2 people of the same designation at different departments have different salary ranges and responsibilities. Too difficult to accept this when things get older like this for years.

Likes

The company has taken proper measures and supported in all possible directions. Quick changes in the policies to suit the current situation. Loved the support by the manager.

Appraisal wise it is not that great. But can't complain too much about it.

Likes

Company is into consulting, product development, design, engineering and has lot of scope.

Dislikes

Management is only concerned about their progress, numbers are manipulated, don't know how to utilize skilled resource and no growth plan for skilled individuals and they are underpaid.
