Overall working environment is really good. In terms of experience you will get very good exposer to work in mechanical and electrical related jobs. The work experience of this company will help you in growth and development of different skills like communication, relationship built-up with client and you come in contact with various people with different professions. This work experience will put your technical skills to test at every point and eventually make you learn new things with every experience. There's a lot to learn and understand in terms of technology and you will get to know the engineering in real time. You will face may kinds of situations while working, that will teach you how to get out of the box to find the solutions and eventually will make you expert in handling many things in the professional way. If you really looking for a job where you can put yourself to test your abilities and shine like a dimond and improve yourself for challenging jobs and get expertise in the field of electromechanical jobs, this is the place where you should work.

Not dislike but everyone is keen to earn more and more only one thing that i dislike about the company is salary increment. Otherwise i really love working with Hi-Tech Engineers and love my job.

Teammates are so good. Training facilities are zero. No job security, no one knows when the MD fired you. No timings for appraisal and the work environment is so worst that nobody work that.

Dislikes

Teammates are good in behaviour but they are not cooperative.
