This company is well known as Rubber parts Manufacturers like Oil Seal, O rings, Rubber Gaskets, Reed valve assemblies, Dia Casting. This company using all modern technologies In manufacturing of products. Quality of products is very high, Work culture is very good. All officers & Staff is very cooperative, supportive in nature. Overall I'm having very good experience of working with this company.

Dislikes

Growth is slow, sometimes I have to work 12-14 hours. There is no time of working during customers urgencies. Have to take follow ups with logistics bin midnight also. Ti feed customer line.

Discipline is a most important in the company,and obentily and my life first job working this company I am proud and I am very most favorite company.My aim is only this company removing I am only company staffs only retain..otherwise I am no stop the work ..............♥️HTA ARAI♥️

The work place is so encouraging. I'm happily saying that my first job in Height tech arais is very precious. As a girl I experienced a very grate security. The company people also corporative too..

Over all Hi-tech Arai is a very good company. But they have to improve many things in employee aspect- HRD side like skill development, work life balance, employee welfare etc

Employee benefits needs to be improved. They won't provide nothing for employees welfare except some few training classes.
