The company has to be an "equal opportunities workplace" not just on paper but in practice as well. InfoSec Manager has to balance and equally allot the work among all the reportees. A CISO is required so that the Cybersecurity team can have a dedicated budget. The Company needs to sponsor On-job premium certifications training for bright employees. HR Leadership needs to change their preconceived notions about providing Permanent WFH and WFA. Leaves need to be provided more leniently.

Absolute foolish people work in this organisation. Literally without any skill sets who can not even speak basic grammatically correct english are a part of the top management .literally horrible people who sit at the top .no skills at all .imagine the joke a girl from marketting team is made the HR business partner she knows nothing about about HR someone who flops in marketing . India office is run by brainless people sitting in the hong kong office . The hong kong office HR literally bullies everyone in India forcing them to throw people out on false grounds and so not even release their FNF, even if they do release the money it is a wrong figure .literally any time. n harry is promoted here in the top management and is made a director .imagine a director knowing nothing about the process and just shouting at the juniors sitting in India . Finance Manager Sweety Makhija who is promoted for a client process and is sent to Philipines and the joke is she is a finance professional who know nothing about client operations. imagine the bad things happening in India office and in UK head office ,robert mcmillian the so called ceo who married his own secretary and then hits her and makes her face red by being a wife beater whenever he is on the mood. So a CEO who beats his own wife red and blue and when you ask her why her entire face was swollen in an office party. She said I fell down from the stairs .so you see from the top till bottom from CEO onwards , this organisation is run by shameless people and in UK office, IT is headed by a fraud called Darren Mills who recruits only those people and keeps only those people in the team who listens to him blindly . And another shameless person called Ragulan Sivabalakrishnan every single people ,around 80% of the staff working here in the top management is not worth that position

If you have do hard work and nothing gets the end of year. Senior employees play with the new employees like back down your morality & mentally harrasment. Un necessary write the script about you just because raise your voice against fighting. Your mail box login to forcefully and chat with regional hr manager & pass the wrong information.

Dislikes

Senior employees who works from more than 8 years & new hr manager all of the same path. These people are not tell you right thing but some guys who really a genuine person teach you good thing. They against to him just give you 10 minutes the time to resign otherwise terminate you.
