the pay and culture is good.

We dont get prefferd work location and the freshers are randomly given projects without any evaluation of skills. I joined as a pget who knows development tool but they assigned me to low code project, and they dont give opportunity to work in development projects

Only work culture is good, and the process they follow is also good, they give great opportunities to learn grow.

Hike is minimalistic, even if the company's is booming with profit still they will You less package and less increments everytime, which is forcing employees to resign and switch

Salary wise it is a good company and you got average hike promotion.

The company should consider some genuine conditions for potential employees. Like if they are unwilling to travel immediately to other state due to some genuine medical conditions than the company should consider about work from home in this situation.

Appraisal can be increased.because today's situation basic salary is not sufficient to do live in metro cities.yearly increased will growth of our employees

Communication with managers is so easy and you can express your concerns directly to the manager without any mediator.

Dislikes

No proper hike or remuneration. Delayed salary letters and no work life balance. Sometimes they ask you to strech on weekends without pay. Also they don't bother about your interests or career path. They change your domain without your concern. If you have no tasks assigned to proceed, they will blame you like you are sitting idle.
