It's a heaven to learn the basics of customer support and implement them effectively. Learn pressure management, especially the multitasking work culture under pressure is excellent.

Dislikes

Even after 1 plus years the salary remains hopeless, low expectations for appraisals and increments, poor growth.

Likes

There is huge cafeteria for chilling. Company policy are quite good. Teammates are supportive.

Dislikes

Appraisal are unfair. Starting salary is very low for freshers and also for senior people according to their position and profile they get very low salary. No compensation for OT.

Job security is fine but best part is from few Associate level employees got onsite opportunity in my project Tele2 and work pressure based on your project. Due to covid WFH. Gain some experience and look for better opportunity.

Dislikes

...its. You wont get hike max 5% and no career growth opportunities in designation. Except your salary No Team outings, WFH allowance, one way cab only with salary deductions, No Gym etc.

Their salary conditions are worst. Every month salary comes low and will be adjusted as arrears the nxt month. HR named Selvakumar Sakthivel. I dont know how he became an HR. He threatens victims of POSH cases. HR like him should be jailed for such criminal mindsets.

Only the Salary part which I got on time. I don’t know about other process in the same company .

Dislikes

A lot of thing for dislike . Their attendance system of manual from Oracle DHR & Timesheet applies on teams, the pathetic management and HR. No work ethics . Unnecessarily burden to a lead to work most of time however , no trust or eliminate the poor performer . Hygiene Issues on washroom etc etc.
