I like my job profile. Which was basically a data entry job.

Dislikes

Hexaware job culture is very very poor, salary is nothing more then a pocket money. 1.2lpa is a joke. They only care about savings money. 7 hour shift is just for a name. You will be asked to work 10 to 12 hours everyday in peek season just because they don't hire more people. They believe in pushing there executives to work double. That too Without any extra time bonuses. Working overtime in Night shift for last 2 years made me look like monkey.

...s there until and unless you fulfill a requirement and complete your set target.it provides low salary and appraisal is also minimal. They never conducted any outing sessions for employees only works matter the most. There is not so much to learn about the process it is simple. but management makes it complex.there is no scope of the invention and it has a pathetic working environment and it has a terrible work-life balance. Employees spending 14-15 hours including traveling time with no extra money for over time.

There is no career opportunities or growth in Hexaware salary is very minimal as compared to work pressure and work load . Company does not pay money for extra working hours. This organisation not looks upon or not taking care about employees growth, work satisfaction , various platforms for employees which is very important for employees in the company. Very poor management and leadership.

...ompany is solely focused on business and has no consideration for the employees. They just change the take home salary anytime they want, after you join the company. HRs should be a mediator if there is any conflict between managers and employees, but here HRs will be personal errand boys to the managers and team leads.
