Their salary conditions are worst. Every month salary comes low and will be adjusted as arrears the nxt month. HR named Selvakumar Sakthivel. I dont know how he became an HR. He threatens victims of POSH cases. HR like him should be jailed for such criminal mindsets.

Only the Salary part which I got on time. I don’t know about other process in the same company .

A lot of thing for dislike . Their attendance system of manual from Oracle DHR & Timesheet applies on teams, the pathetic management and HR. No work ethics . Unnecessarily burden to a lead to work most of time however , no trust or eliminate the poor performer . Hygiene Issues on washroom etc etc.

- Poor HR policy. - Unsupportive management or leadership. - Very little salary hike or promotion. - 3 month long notice period. - 45+ days for FNF payment. - Unsupportive HR department.

...e done, no proper communication, no work ethic, pathetic behavior of management. They even dont care about the advisors last 5-6 months there is a salary issues of advisors still no one is interested in solving the problem

Worst Management and Managers (Anand.T, Alan Patekar and Manish Shrivastva) of HDFC life, Pathetic behavior no proper communication, no career growth, advisors salary issues yet not resolved from past 5-6 months.

...ompany is solely focused on business and has no consideration for the employees. They just change the take home salary anytime they want, after you join the company. HRs should be a mediator if there is any conflict between managers and employees, but here HRs will be personal errand boys to the managers and team leads.
