People don't talk about it openly. There are news that on bench are asked to leave with no compensation but there is no way to authenticate it.

Dislikes

The processes are not defined. Activity management is considered ad project management. Organization is against skip level meetings. There is little or no work life balance, the purpose of doing things at times isn't very clear.

In the name of cost cutting and for getting the cost cutting incentive or bonus the managers from top to bottom will provide 6 people in the place of 10 people. All 6 people must work hard. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
