...I love to work with hexaware because of its great infrastructure and innovation.Due to pendemic work had been shut,I hope hexaware will support as by financially by providing as salary of April month.

As we can see somehow everywhere politics include so I hope career growth should be given based on talent not on job politics.

Nothing at all. They threw 200 people out. That was so sad. Did not even pay for the next month forget about 3.

No. The work load was maximum. The management is terrible and being such a huge company, could not even deploy us.

The hired me as a permanent employee but fired you once I complete 60 days in bench. This happened to almost all developers. They provide contractual jobs by saying it's permanent .Hexaware has 60 days bench policy. Never ever try to join this company because you will regret alot everytime..

...'s share for a reason and it is not even mentioned in the offer letter properly. They include variable pay of around 3k-5k in your "take home salary". Any variable pay should be mentioned as incentives and not as take home salary which is also a scam. And the worst part of it all; in all of our offer letters, there was a mention of a fixed salary without the Variable pay. They changed this fixed amount for everyone after 1 year and didn't even send a proper mail about it. When we asked about this to HR, they said Variable pay policy has been updated. They mention a fixed take home salary without the Variable pay in the offer letter and change it after 1 year without any notice, not even a mail. Even if you get a really good package in Hexaware BPS, I would really really advice you to look for a job elsewhere. There are really good companies out there. If you're not getting a job anywhere else, then keep this company as a last option.

I work with the TL and manager was good he always support and guide me they also teach the new things it's helpful to the future.

Hexaware is a good company but talking about dislike part the appraisal part it's very slow process and the salary package was also low they should have to work on there STG people because they are not helping for the system implementation.
