The atmosphere was good in my team and the work load was not that high.

Dislikes

My first salary is still not paid in full even after half a year at the office, the canteen is infested with rats, they change the salary structure without informing the employees, the working hours are not fixed and no overtime pay and a lot of other bad things.

Likes

Supportive colleagues, Team leader, Managers. Overtime benefits and good pay. Two way cabs and bus facility. Training + mock calls + team dinner.

Dislikes

Office politics and partiality by few seniors. Paid leaves not granted sometimes and salary deduction for the same if not reporting to office after informing won't be able to report as put of town or exam work to be done.

BPO Sector 1) Policies are not that strict 2) Supporting Environment 3) Shift timings are comparatively better 4) A little Support from management

1) Promotions are less 2) Salary is extremely low even if having a bachelor's degree 3) More work load 4) No hike in salary (Completed more than a year) 5) Less growth in skill sets

Good environment and employee friendly I would like to work here because all my colleagues and managers are supportive. I got a chance to learn new things and grow in my professional as well as personal life.

The most racist low paying. Company that i ever worked for lack of trainning poor management and worst pay ever . no benefits or pto time. dont work here you will hate the people that dont respect you unless your indian.

It's very good company for Fresher's to start their career with a good salery package and a lot of opportunities to grow up in organization.

Dislikes

Washrooms is like Railway stations transportation facility must be improved if you travel by bus service provided by company you will wast your time. If you attend quality briefing or any process related training you will have to use your time any aux will not be included in your login hours system unavailability issue may be faced for login for executives and if you didn't logged in on time 3 or 4 times in a month then 20 to 30% amount can be deducted from your salery, doesn't matter this happened due to system availability issue or you got late.
