...y I was like Wow. Because this is my first multinational company where I worked. I worked there for near about 2 years and everything is good everything except salary and appraisal. apart from that everything like travel, work environment, learning everything was good.. why I leave the company because some people's are there who can not see you growing because of that peoples I just leave hexaware

I just don't like some peoples as there is mentioned so I can't took names otherwise and salary and appraisal I don't like

Operations Team under the leadership of Harjeet, Balaji and Kirrit Patel.

Dislikes

Their salary conditions are worst. Every month salary comes low and will be adjusted as arrears the nxt month. HR named Selvakumar Sakthivel. I dont know how he became an HR. He threatens victims of POSH cases. HR like him should be jailed for such criminal mindsets.

The atmosphere was good in my team and the work load was not that high.

Dislikes

My first salary is still not paid in full even after half a year at the office, the canteen is infested with rats, they change the salary structure without informing the employees, the working hours are not fixed and no overtime pay and a lot of other bad things.

Only the Salary part which I got on time. I don’t know about other process in the same company .

Dislikes

A lot of thing for dislike . Their attendance system of manual from Oracle DHR & Timesheet applies on teams, the pathetic management and HR. No work ethics . Unnecessarily burden to a lead to work most of time however , no trust or eliminate the poor performer . Hygiene Issues on washroom etc etc.

Likes

Supportive colleagues, Team leader, Managers. Overtime benefits and good pay. Two way cabs and bus facility. Training + mock calls + team dinner.

Dislikes

Office politics and partiality by few seniors. Paid leaves not granted sometimes and salary deduction for the same if not reporting to office after informing won't be able to report as put of town or exam work to be done.
