There is nothing great, except the learning and upskill and also some activities during some emergency situations like floods providing free food to people who came to office.

Dislikes

I can strongly say, that they expect freshers(beginner )to be superstars with salary around 4 LPA should perform equivalent to 10 years of experienced people. They want to do more value additions for clients but won't provide hike for the same , it would be like doing things for self satisfaction, but after receiving words like you have done project work even after doing hardwork by competing with seniors would be a disaster in feel. One more is management , I could not say all projects but some have politics included and you will be thrown out of projects if you fight against politics. You would be rated bad even client appreciate you. Over all If your project director is good you will enjoy otherwise be ready for sacrifices.

Good management. There are a lot of avenues for learning. Pursuing new roles is a little bit challenging. Benefits are good.

Dislikes

Salary hikes are average. Health cover is a bit low. Some of your hard efforts might not get recognized some even go unnoticed.

1.No proper hike 2.No promotion and recognition. 3.Lacking job security. 4.Basic salary given during bench period. 5.Very old employees are sticking to this company and dictating the work.

Amazing workplace and good learning opportunities. Good compensation for lateral hire. Many employee friendly activities. Organization had good learning and development goals for employees.

Dislikes

Promotions and appraisals are entirely based on client feedback. Work will be appreciated but will not reflect in promotions if client has not appreciated.

If you join as a fresher you will forget all your shyness and you can able to demonstrate your project to your clients well and you can shine well with your communication skill and you can freely learn the latest technologies but 1 thing for sure.. The world not expects what you are working they are looking on how you demonstrate to your clients

Nothing much but i disappointed with my Salary revision.. Every year they use to tell some new story. later on we will think to jump to new company
