5years experienced personal has same salary as a 3 year experienced personal in the same company. Earlier company used to think its employees as its family and would assist them at every place but unfortunately 2019 after all the management change never been worst before. After covid everything got cost cutdown including the company gifts or Christmas cakes or whatever.

Dislikes

All the worst part is in the likes , what else would be needed here. Insurance is the other worst part here for senior employees which is equivalent to 1st level employees

It provides a good work life balance abd encourages employees to enhance the skill set for innovating new ideas.

Dislikes

Its not a market leader in salary structure & other than that i would say Hexagon is the best.

Over expectations and want to work with less guidance from day1. Micro management and continuously manages and won't trust your skills. Each day at work is big doubt and won't guarantee job security at all.

Work life balance is good and they don't fire anyone. Lots of people are working here for more than 10 years. Good learning if you get a proper team

Dislikes

Salary hikes are less and no bonus is given. Management is kind of miser.
