Before joining HPE I worked on BPM company and in that company worked very hard got good knowledge but if we come to compensation nothing. Now coming to HPE it's excellent company, good management and support and compensation is very good.

Hardly any issues except the company is still growing its presence in India especially in IT operations and services. Hence leadership changes happen quite often and organizational goals keep changing dynamically with each leadership change.

When I joined hp it was a new whole world to me. Because my previous work experience in automobile industry and now it is with corporate office. Both are different sectors. I learnt so many things in HP. their work culture and those rotational shifts, work pressure, every day was new day to learning.

Probably the work pressure. And during this pandemic situation many of them lost their jobs.even I'm one of them.due to some reasons company removed few employees who is experienced under 2 year's.
