Low pay Low monetary benefits like wifi allowance, gym membership etc Paid transport Company is moving towards as a service model causing degradation in work environment, work culture and learning No food in the pantry

Helpful and supportive nature of all the tesm members. Excellent guidance from mentor as well as manager. Each of our idea was equally valued and is always taken into consideration irrespective of our designation. Excellent work life balance. HPE is a great start for freshers.

... where you can be moved internally to different teams and for different roles. Salary is on the liberal side and above market standard. Appraisal will be mostly in the range of 5-10 %. Great work life balance.Most of the workforce arrive around 10am and leave by 5pm. But you may have to attend scrum meetings in the late evening from home. Campus is beautiful and has a world class Tennis court.

Appraisal mostly depends on product growth. Some team managers are biased against north Indian employees. Canteen service need to be improved drastically.

The company is good and gives you ample time to learn and grow your knowledge on technology and other career development attributes. The managers which I have worked with were very supportive and excellent work life balance is there. You can take sabbaticals if you opt for your personal growth. Appraisal depends on your project and performance.
