only I would like the work life balance and product based company. not like services company have less pressure on the deliverables . Hybrid work .

Compensation compare to Open Market far away. No proper HR presence . I did not understand process for promotions.

They have good infrastructure and are the only company in Bangalore that gives 6 months of paternal leave.

...balance in the whole of Bangalore, but now it's equivalent to a service company. Along with the work-life balance, the salary structure is at 50% of the current market pricing for existing senior positions along with skill upgrades.

Overall a good company with impressive culture. There are a lot of opportunities for growth , given you have the hunger for growth. The company ‘s culture supports individual growth and I have witnessed people adhere to it. Overall a good place to work

Compensation in terms of money is less. But when you look at the bigger picture in terms of perks and other wellness benefits it’s good .

Sometimes bad managers don’t treat or guide the engineers they are managing, but that can happen in any IT company where some managers are just managers because of internal politics but actually they don’t deserve it.

Good Thing : Work life balance and salary is also good for experienced people. Best Thing: if you have More experience you can Target some fresher level or 2-3 years experience guy.these people are not doing anything.and you can easily escape with work or problem. Superb Thing: They won't provide any training on prosperity Product and technology but Expect you to finish Task in 1 day. Don't prefer if you have less then 5 years Exp. Everybody is Knowing HPE is big organization .i will share my division in R&D unit . so saying or giving comment about complete HPE is wrong but i can share my experience in . this place for people who is having experience but without knowledge. They play high level politics. and always follow the legacy way and technology. they are name shake R&D unit.actually they are working in same like Service based company .

Full chill Environment if You have more then 10 years of exp. you can just blame to others without doing anything. pure service based culture.
