The company wants employees to work for 7 years in the same position, salary hike every year will be lest then 13 percent for the entire team. The employees are forced to listen to the manager and tower heads. Employees voice are never heard. Not much training will be given every year. Your HR ticket will not matter. The employees are fighting eachother and the management don't care.

... business hours.) 4. People are very helping and they will be always helpful. 5. Pay package is awesome for freshers which is nowhere CLOSE to what is given outside of HPE. 6. Free transport and lots of goodies and fun activities. However, the cons are;: 1. It takes a lot of time to grow in my profile (people with 8-10 years of experience are able to make it to next level only, when they could move to top positions in some other companies) 2. You get a lot of comfort here so you don't feel like struggling outside of HPE. That is when you get stuck here. 3. The pay increase is peanut like. For average performers, it has been 8-9% each year for the past two years (for people in my profile). 4. There is a strict adherence to break time, login and logout time since we support customers over call, chats and emails.

...l shifts as I was working for day shift .Growth also good but hike was little . salary hike was little less.my working life was good in environment and I felt so happy and satisfied in that company and my colleagues was supporting me so that v can work for the company and make our project success . traveling in the cab was seems to enjoyable our cab driver was maintaining time properly to login into our work .As a result I love the company more

Less hike that didn't seem to my growth of salary as I come from middle class family .I was not able to expect lot from that company

...or cost cutting they just remove the employees regardless of their performances. The colleagues were the only best past of the company and the salary is soo low and out of the 3 years I worked there I didn't get a single hike in spite of my performance being good.

Very low salary. No hike in salary. Favoritism towards north Indians. They remove employees according to their convineiance. 0 job security
