Company policies are good like other top MNCs. Free Transport, Work From Home. 2 months notice period. Internal job movements opportunities.

Dislikes

...'t meet the target you have extended your shift hourly without any compensation. Terrible salary package. For fresher package starts from 2.5 LPA and employees hardly get the hike of 4% to 9% per year, employees have to work 10 years to atleast reach 8 LPA.

...ects I worked here had gave me good opportunity to learn new things. As I had 6.6year of Journey with HPE as Contrart initially and Permanent payroll later I felt little hard to leave the company but Still I did it to improve compensation offered by new organisation. I stood for this due to from last two year I didn’t receive any compensation. But still I like the professional work atmosphere in HPE which we can’t get this anywhere.

Nothing to dislike this is the one and only best company to have best work experience.

Good company to start with for freshers. Good company culture. Learning opportunities are high. Job security is good once you give Good performance on consistent basis. Management is decent.

Dislikes

Salary is low and promotion opportunities are less. Work will be stressful hence work satisfaction will not be good.

only I would like the work life balance and product based company. not like services company have less pressure on the deliverables . Hybrid work .

Compensation compare to Open Market far away. No proper HR presence . I did not understand process for promotions.
