...Vired is that we get commissions on our leads when we close our monthly targets. In fact, there have been times when I got double pay. This keeps us motivated.

Sometimes, the pressure to meet sales goals can be stressful. It can also be challenging when dealing with rejection or when customers aren't interested.

The company was expanding at the time I joined so, they offered a decent hike on my previous package.

Except for the one benefit mentioned everything went downhill from day 1. The company had no leave policy in the probation period which was understandable. However, medical reasons along with proofs were also discounted for. An fellow employee of mine was asked to take a cab to the office to prove that he was unwell even after he had provided the necessary documents. Work life balance was a major concern in my previous organization and I was promised it was different here. The company expected you to log-in at 10:30 dot but you were not allowed to leave on time even if you had met your KRAs. Immediate TLs were intrusive and micromanaging under-probation employees as their appraisals and promotions were at stake. We were pulling 11 hour work days but were called in the manager's cabin and held accountable for the results. My physical health, mental health and home conditions deteriorated and I wanted to leave but the management wanted to retain me as I performed well initially. When I took a stand and decided to leave. They did not clear my FandF, and did not give my relieving letter. A few month later I got to know that the management had pushed out a lot of managers and half of the sales floor through forced resignations. The worst thing was toxic work culture, exploitation and favourism was actually glorified and supported by the management. To sum it up a TL once said " Hamari maari gayi hai toh hum tumhari bhi maarenge". May god bless her soul.

Working as a consultant at Hero Vired , sometimes the fast pace of the enviroment is challenging in balancing long-term strategic goals with immediate operational demands. it needs excellent time management and the capacity to pivot quickly to envolve priorities while keeping the delivery of quality outcomes in view.
