Work pressure is high at some units due to higher production capacity. Career growth is sometimes very slow at some units due to flat organisation structure with levels and corresponding grades.

Good policies lack proper implementation and company strategy is not consistent. Several projects are lauched but success is very low which is result of poor strategy. It is difficult to connect to company
