Deadline are so much short for every project. BAs are so slow in gathering requirement. We need good BAs in org. 🥲

Can work from home and flexible timing. Incentive structure is very Good. HR give equal importance to all individuals irrespective of colour, Religion and caste.

I found Hectic life schedule after Covid. Salary is decent but carrier growth is little slow.

Company is good in many of the aspects, like in compensation part, job security & mainly appraisal part, the minimum appraisal is here in double figure (which makes it different) in monetary. See work culture is good depending upon your role.

1. Pressures to work on alternative Saturday (forcefully) by saying business requires. 2. Process changes without your consent (same business requirement.) , sometimes got personal, for this all credit goes to poor & egoistic management who thinks we rule this company. 3.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

My first like salary HFCL our employees salary give to to time and all facilities provide on time all reuirment as like laptop , stationary , canvence , incentive etc .
