Any time concall even after 7,8,9,10 pm not worried about personal life if I was on leave then they take 2-3 con call so it is must to attent call and boss will deduct petrol claim which is company provide to employees.

Work life balance is average, not that great but at par with a mature Indian organization. The pay scale is above average as compared to banking organization. If one doesn't provide inputs and do as is told, can increase chances of raise and 100% bonus, even if work is not upto the mark.

Culture is pathetic. There is still traditional thinking of supreme authority and 'I know it all' attitude. One a few members of the management call the shots for whole company and rest management members are mere spectators.
