The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of the team. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths.Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

Company doesn't have any goals. No quality and services given to the products. No feedback is taken from the Employees. Field staff changes every 6 months due to company policies. Delay and deductions in Claims submitted by the sales teams. No settlement HR is the worst part. People who dont have any work experience in related field are sitting in top management.

HR people are fraud. They collude with quality team and done crores of fraud activities. CEO Mr Upendra is useless and inefficient. President Sambasivarao does not have knowledge and he is just reviewing. Management is dependent on these useless fellows
