I dislike about working at heritage food limited is it is far away from my native place That is more difficult to take leave and return back from home. I native place is in Nepal birgunj.

HFL Family eat up the entire salary of those who resign in the end & These people did not pay me my 21000 rupees and said that I did not complete the 20 day notice period whereas I had completed 16 days. As per their company rules, 4 days salary should be deducted but they deducted full 30 days salary.

1.No timings,2.No leaves (means not arranged to sufficient staff in the BMC level/CC),3.tanker movement also not convinent,4.staff shortage BMC level/CC level,5.Superiors unformental language talk to below staff,6.high quantity adulteration milk in piler (Ex:- Maltose,Salt,Sugar...),7.Staff any asking to RI level but he is target to employee(Ex:-Transfer/on duty/pressure/No leaves/attendance not correction or not recommended).

I don't like to work with them. Stocks properly not available. Membership required. Day end sales target required.

...r manager and assistant manager and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.
