1- Worst and toxic management (There should be -ve rating ) 2-Full dectatorship is going on 3- Salary structure is worst 4- -ve work life balance 5- No support from management 6- No proper training for outsiders who never did job in same process. Either hire from same department or else don’t ruin anyone’s career by hiring from different department and torture him/her Many more negative points are there

Timely wages, other compensation are good. Only corporate level of culture is good.

Political culture, no promotions and appraisals, inappropriate management, very bad job security, anytime you will fired. No strategic and planning for work by management.
