...yal are just the most screwed as nothing is offered in return for your loyalty And the best thing is the salary that you get as you can only afford to buy peanuts based on the package what they offer! Company just gives false hopes and always needs a reason to not give yearly hikes in the name of market recession as company is facing losses whereas company can definitely afford to promote and give hikes to employees who they think are worth it! Think before you join and waste your entire career!

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Helped employees in there bad times mainly during this lockdown.

Company policies for appraisals are not so good and they give a low salary hike. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work life balance was there. Culture was very good and stress-free yet company and everyone was focused towards achieving goals and company vision...It was a pleasure working for this company and I hope to be a part of this company once again in future.

I didn't dislike anything about the company but they can improve in terms of salary increments and appraisals.

Here Solution gave smooth transition to Work from home culture during pandemic. All issues are addressed and service is truly great. Appraisals are average and work environment is good.
