There’s no respect for personal time. You’re expected to be available 24/7 with no compensation. The amount of time spent on unnecessary tasks is mind-boggling. It feels like we’re all just treading water.

The work schedule is demanding, and the pay does not reflect the effort we put in. It's demotivating.

Don’t even think about joining as an ASE. The team leads take credit for your work and leave you in the dust. It feels like a toxic environment. Managers encourage competition over collaboration, creating a cutthroat atmosphere. Management is reactive rather than proactive; it’s frustrating. Management’s lack of communication is frustrating. We’re kept in the dark about important decisions.

I've never seen such a toxic workplace. The constant backstabbing and gossip make it hard to trust anyone.

Dislikes

...rict rules. There's no accountability; poor performers get away with everything. I regret taking this position; the stress is overwhelming, and the pay is not worth it. Frequent restructuring leads to instability and anxiety among employees about their futures. The general morale is low, affecting overall productivity.

I regret joining this company. The work-life balance is non-existent, and the constant pressure to perform with no rewards is demoralizing.

...ent cares about employees is when there’s a problem. Otherwise, we’re invisible. The pay doesn’t match the level of effort required. I feel taken advantage of on a daily basis.

Horrible work culture please do not apply to such companies because they don’t pay you and make you work over time and the HR manager is a liar she is extremely toxic. Please spare yourself
