Don’t even think about joining as an ASE. The team leads take credit for your work and leave you in the dust. It feels like a toxic environment. Managers encourage competition over collaboration, creating a cutthroat atmosphere. Management is reactive rather than proactive; it’s frustrating. Management’s lack of communication is frustrating. We’re kept in the dark about important decisions.

Frequent restructuring leads to instability and anxiety among employees about their futures. The general morale is low, affecting overall productivity.
