The pay is great and opportunities are wide at Henkel. Company invests much of its time in encouraging female employees and new recruits.

Dislikes

1. Change is slow as the company is late to adopt new tools and concepts which is essentially needed to avoid leakages. All global strategy is drilled down nothing is heard from regional level. 2. Promotion is slow, unless your manager has very good plans for you or you're a female employee. 3. HR only talks to you on the first and last day of your employment. 4. Company is focused too much focused on Gender diversity rather skill diversity. 5. Management should hire and encourage real consultants rather listen too much to Enablement team.

...ily late working hrs, Saturday working, no support from superior as well as HR..HR was very irresponsible they missed to process salary and ask to adjust..pathetic ppls, lots of politics, subboradinate are very rude

Good work environment and culture. Seniors and line managers are supportive. Fair and good salary hike and bonuses.

Salary is ok but career growth in very slow, on jobs trainings are poor. Lots of communal politics and biased decisions.
