...er one year, I really want to share experience even after being best performer NO SALARY HIKE NO PROPER PROCESS STRUCTURE NO BOND BETWEEN MANAGEMENT TO EMPLOYEES NO SUPPORT FROM HR, NO CLARITY. NO HIKES, NO INCENTIVES, NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU WORK. NO NOT A GOOD PLACE I WOULD SAY, BUT SOMETHING IS BETTER THAN NOTHING IS MY WORDS...

...s one of the easiest and relaxing job profiles I have come accross in my career. Salary is amazing if you are experienced. Do negotiate while salary discussion.

It is a monotonous job. Absolutely no learning. Growth depends on your relationship with management (You know what I mean). Complete Quality team has no idea what quality parameters are but they are there beacuse they are good with management. The quality team will get you in trouble and management will find a reason to fire you. The project (HP) is really good but it has been 8 months and still not streamlined (Contract for 3 years). Management makes goofy decisions each day and there's an update about process daily. Incompetant people are trying to organize the process/project. There are no IJP's rolled out, your growth is decided by management.

The Leadership, Culture and environment. Worst people in management and the head of Bangalore service desk team was just a pathetic leader, he will only demotivate and won’t encourage at all. It was overall a pathetic work experience I had in my 16 years of work experience… Do not join this company
